2. Fulfill the Eligibility Criteria
   1. 21 years old and above
   2. A resident of the Philippines (including Filipinos, Permanent Residents, work pass holders, or international students)
   3. Own a car under your name, have documents to prove ownership, and ensure the car is located in the Philippines

You'll receive a confirmation email after filling out the necessary fields and clicking the Submit button on the Petrol Lucky Draw Form.

There will only be twenty (20) ₱10,000 Petron e-Fuel Card winners. The Petrol Lucky Draw Winner will be selected randomly through an electronic raffle draw via Random.org’s Third-Party Draw Service on July 4, 2024 at 3:00PM PHT. The raffle draw will be conducted with the supervision of a representative from the Department of Trade & Industry (DTI).

If you live in Metro Manila, you can claim your Petrol Lucky Draw Gift at 6/F, ACT Tower, Salcedo Village, 135, H.V. Dela Costa, Makati City 1200 Metro Manila. If the address you placed in the form is in the province, your Petrol Lucky Draw Gift will be delivered to the mentioned provincial address. Delivery or fulfillment of the Petrol Lucky Draw Gift is estimated to be seven (7) to ten (10) days from the date you received the Petrol Lucky Draw Raffle Winner email.
