Any of the following:
- Complete 1 month payslip in the past 2 months
- Certificate of Employment (COE) in the past 2 months
- ITR with BIR Stamp issued in 2021 onwards
- For self-employed borrowers:
- Latest ITR or BIR Form 1701
- Audited financial statements with independent auditor’s report and balance sheets and tax receipt (all pages for all documents)

Who Can Get a UnionBank Personal Loan?
To start your journey, you need to meet the following UnionBank Personal Loan eligibility criteria:
- At least 21 to 65 years old
- Filipino resident or a local resident foreigner with a valid Philippine billing address
- Minimum gross annual income of ₱250,000
- Must be a principal credit cardholder for at least 3 months
- Must have a tax identification number (TIN)

- Loan terms: 1 to 5 years
- Average annual contractual rate: 26.9%
- Documentary Stamp Tax: ₱1.50 for every ₱200 of the loan amount
- Disbursement fee: ₱1,750
- Late payment fee: ₱500 or 6% of the overdue amount, whichever is higher
- Closure handling fee: 4% of the unbilled principal component of the loan that is prepaid
